WHAT DAYS ARE YOU OPEN?
We are open 7 days a week beginning November 15th through January 6th, including Thanksgiving, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. We are closed on Christmas Day. We are also open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in January (January 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 25th, 26th and 27th.)
WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT OPEN?
Sunday through Thursday we are open from 6:00pm until 9:00pm and on Friday and Saturday from 6:00pm until 11:00pm.
WHERE IS THE BLOSSOM HOLIDAY LIGHTING FESTIVAL?
Blossom is located at 1145 West Steels Corners in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Vehicles attending the Holiday Lighting Festival should enter and exit Blossom from the Steels Corners Road entrance located west of State Route 8 in Cuyahoga Falls. For more information, call 330.920.8040.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHERE CAN I BUY A TICKET?
Cars / Vans / Trucks / SUV’s cost $15.00
Shuttle Buses / 16-Passenger Vans / Limousines / RV’s cost $25.00
Tour Buses cost $50
Santa Season Pass costs $30.00 (CARS ONLY, NON-TRANSFERABLE)
Tickets are available at www.livenation.com, www.ticketmaster.com (link) and all Ticketmaster outlets beginning November 1st. To charge by phone in Cleveland, call 216.241.5555. In Akron/Canton, call 330.945.9400. In Youngstown, call 330.747.1212. Tickets will also be available at the gate. If you wish to purchase your ticket at the gate, we do accept credit cards but recommend cash in order to expedite the process.
Each ticket is good for one vehicle for a one time use for one loop through the festival, the Santa Season Pass excluded.
CAN I BUY A SEASON PASS?
Yes, we do offer a $30 Santa Season Pass that offers unlimited visits to the Festival and is truly the gift that keeps giving! The Santa Season Pass is only valid for one designated car and is non-transferable. Shuttle’s, Limo’s, Buses, RV’s and 16 passenger vans are not eligible for the Santa Season Pass.
TOUR COMPANY AND OTHER SPECIAL GROUP INFORMATION
If you are with a tour company or other special group, you are welcome to arrange tours to the Blossom Holiday Lighting Festival at any time. Charter Buses cost $50, Shuttle Buses, 16 passenger Vans and Limousines cost $25, and cars and trucks cost $15. IS THERE A RADIO STATION I CAN TUNE MY RADIO TO WHILE VIEWING THE DISPLAYS?
Yes, you can tune your radio to TSO RADIO 89.5 FM and listen to the sounds of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra while on Blossom Music Center grounds.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS OR COUPONS?
Yes, a $3.00 discount coupon is available that is valid Monday through Thursday only. Coupons must be presented at the Blossom box office at the time of purchase. Discount coupons are available at Marc’s, all Northeast Ohio GetGo locations and other participating retail outlets. You can also go to our PROMOTIONS PAGE for a calendar of special promotions.
DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes, port-o-lets are located in parking lot A which will be on your right hand side once you go under the bridges. This area is about half way through the festival. We do not have a baby changing station available.
DO YOU HAVE CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes, concessions are located in parking lot A which will be on your right hand side once you go under the bridges. Concessions will include hot chocolate, coffee, Coke products, caramel apples, chocolate pretzels, candy and other assorted snacks. This area is about half way through the festival.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES NEXT TO THE DISPLAYS?
No, for the safety of our guests and staff, while driving through the festival we ask that you remain in your vehicle at all times (except in the concession/restroom area).
CAN I VIDEO TAPE OR PHOTOGRAPH THE LIGHT DISPLAY?
Yes, you may video tape or photograph the displays from the safety of your vehicle for non commercial use. We ask that you do not exit your vehicle at any time unless in designated areas and to also continue moving throughout the festival.
CAN I GO THROUGH THE DISPLAY AGAIN AFTER I’VE GONE THROUGH IT ONCE THE SAME NIGHT WITH THE SAME TICKET?
No, but we do offer a non-transferable SANTA SEASON PASS for your car for the price of $30 that allows you to visit as many times as you would like and also makes a great gift. Shuttle’s, Limo’s, RV’s and 16 passenger vans are no eligible for the Santa Season Pass.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRIVE THROUGH THE DISPLAY?
Once you enter the festival, it should take you approximately 15 to 30 minutes to slowly drive through the festival and enjoy all the lights. Depending on the time of the season, during busy weekends waits of up to one hour or more are possible during peak times due to high traffic volume. Historically, peak times are Friday and Saturday nights between 7:00pm and 10:00pm.
IS THERE A HEIGHT LIMIT FOR VEHICLES?
Yes, all vehicles must be able to pass under a 14.5’ height limit. We have bridges, tunnels and arches that vehicles must be able to safely pass through.
CAN I TURN MY HEADLIGHTS OFF WHILE DRIVING THROUGH THE DISPLAY?
NO, vehicle lights must remain on through out the event for the safety of our guests and staff.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we do accept credit cards at the box office but recommend cash in order to expedite the process.
